[Bluetooth] Settings
The Bluetooth feature of this device can be used to wirelessly connect with other devices supporting Bluetooth (speakers, headsets, headphones, wireless keyboards, etc.).
By sliding the [Bluetooth] ON/OFF button right to [ON], a list of the Bluetooth supporting devices with which connection is currently possible will be displayed.
To conserve power consumption, we recommend turning the Bluetooth function [OFF] when not in use.
Pairing with Bluetooth supporting devices
When this device is connected to a Bluetooth supporting device for the first time, pairing is performed with the Bluetooth supporting device.
1Turn on the device to be connected via Bluetooth to make it detectable. Please refer to the instruction manual of the device itself for instructions on how to make it detectable.
2Tap [SEARCH FOR DEVICES] in the top right of the screen.
The [AVAILABLE DEVICES] list will be displayed.
3From the [AVAILABLE DEBICES] list, tap the device name you wish to connect to.
4Tap [Pair], if necessary enter a passkey (e.g. 0000), and connect to the Bluetooth supporting device.
Once pairing has been performed, from the next time onwards, connection will be automatic when the Bluetooth supporting device is turned on, as long as the Bluetooth feature on this device is [ON].
Hint
To reconnect with a device for which pairing has been performed, tap the device name from the [PAIRED DEVICES] list.

1From the [PAIRED DEVICES] list, tap of the device name which you would like to remove connection with.
2Tap [Unpair].
Paired device settings
Tap of the [PAIRED DEVICES] to open a settings screen.
Rename | It is possible to change the name of the paired device to an easy to understand name. |

Internet access | Tick to perform tethering via Bluetooth. |
Details menu
Tap in the top right of the screen to display the details menu.
Rename tablet | It is possible to change the name of this device into an easy to understand name. |

Visibility timeout | Set the time until pairing times out once a Bluetooth device has been detected. If the specified time from detection elapses, pairing will temporarily no longer be possible. |
Show received files | Display a list of the files received via Bluetooth. |
